2013 Rules
2 14-team Leagues(Conferences) will make up the Sport Ngin Cup. Teams will play 2 games a week, one against their own Conference and one against the other Conference. These results will be put together into combined standings to determine the placing in the Sport Ngin Cup. The top 4 teams from each Conference based on the combined standings will compete in a 2 week playoff. The winner of the Conference playoffs will then play each other for the Sport Ngin Cup in Week 16 of the season.
